Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Article 54-bis (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping expenses.

The right of withdrawal is deemed exercised at the moment this declaration is transmitted, provided it is done within 14 days of receipt of the product.
