Molteni&C Andromeda Sideboard

Andromeda is the sideboard that was born out of a collaboration between UniFor and LSM and entered the Molteni&C collection in 2025. An emblematic piece of furniture that combines aesthetic purity, craftsmanship and material innovation, Andromeda is inspired by the Andromeda Theater in Sicily. What makes Andromeda decidedly unique, which on the surface may appear to be a simple sideboard, is actually the fusion of polished aluminum and graphene glass, impeccably crafted and assembled so that no joints are visible. Andromeda is designed with four compartments equipped with central hinged doors and a side shelf that subtly extends its functional and visual impact. The entire structure is anchored by a steel “cusp” section with flared edges that lend ethereal lightness to its form. A distinctive base, positioned along the inner sides, creates the illusion of a suspended presence, supported only by the side wings. The glass top, available in extra-clear lacquer, walnut essence, travertine or concrete effect finishes, refines the composition, harmonizing strength and sophistication.
