Turner is Poltrona Frau's bookcase designed by Gianfranco Frattini in 1963 com e reissue of his historic Model 823 swivel bookcase. An original and innovative design that takes its cue from the classic English bookcases for the center of the room, dedicated to the selection of the “books of the heart” to keep always at hand. Turner has an avant-garde soul that still makes it an undisputed icon of design and a model from a constructive point of view: the load-bearing structure develops vertically like a building, in which each floor has grooves that act as rails and allow a series of dividing panels to be removed or inserted, opening up the possibility for compositional freedom. An interplay of solids and voids, where the materials are appreciated: canaletto walnut and Pelle Frau® for the base and top upholstery.

The bookcase comes with 21 dividing panels that can positioned as desired, 7 for each level.
Swivel mechanism: Consists of two self-lubricating bushings which allow the independent rotation of the base with the bookcase shelves and the swivel top
Maximum load: The weight must not exceed 30kg for each shelf. The swivel upper top has a maximum load of 5 kg.
