A story that began in 1948 in Meda, in the Brianza manufacturing district, thanks to Alberto Minotti, who quickly transformed his workshop into a modern company by increasing production and collaborators. In the 1990s, Minotti's success went beyond borders, also thanks to his sons Renato and Roberto. Today, the company still boasts a solid family management, now in its third generation with brothers Alessandro and Alessio who handle exports and Research & Development.
Interpreter of a classic-modern lifestyle concept, Minotti stands out for products that combine exquisite craftsmanship with industrial technologies. Collections designed for residential and contract environments capable of conveying the company's DNA, namely: timeless aesthetics, refined elegance and meticulous attention to detail.

In the process of creating an aesthetic identity for Minotti, credit also goes to the prestigious collaborations with the most authoritative names in design and architecture on the Italian and international scene. Since 1998, Rodolfo Dordoni has held the role of art director for the brand. In 2018, Minotti also absorbs multicultural inspirations by involving figures such as Christophe Delcourt, Nendo and Marcio Kogan / studio mk27, Gam Fratesi, who interpret the Minotti style according to their perspective.

The synergy with the Milanese architect Rodolfo Dordoni started in 1997 has contributed to building the aesthetic DNA of Minotti.
The brand offers a wide collection, which includes sofas, armchairs for the living room and beds for the sleeping area. There is no shortage of tables, accessories, rugs, storage and outdoor furniture.
Among the cult pieces: the cubic Suitcase armchair, inspired by the world of fashion, unusual and rigorous at the same time. Or the Hamilton sofa, produced in 2004, a true revolution in the way of making sofas, inaugurating the trend of versatile modular combinations and floor-level bases that gave the sensation of suspended furniture. The Delaunay seat, created in 1998 and re-proposed in 2019 with an original matelassé stitching.

Minotti Sofas and Armchairs
Known for the high quality of the upholstered furniture it produces, Minotti is recognized in addition to its exclusive excellence also for its modern approach to design, launching modular and transversal solutions. Launched in 2004, Hamilton marked a new season in the world of sofas; the credit goes to the floor-level base that simulates the effect of suspended furniture.
Lawrence is the contemporary collection with rigorous but at the same time generous shapes. A line that allows you to create various compositions.
West is the system of geometric seats, such as the chaise longue with a pentagonal or hexagonal shape, which allows for high composition possibilities.
More classic lines can be found in the Aston sofa collection, with gentle features and light volumes.
Delaunay is an icon of Minotti armchairs. Designed in '98 by Rodolfo Dordoni and re-proposed in 2019 with a new stitched covering, it is a seat characterized by formal cleanliness.
