B&B Italia Cocùn Sofa

Cocùn is B&B Italia's new upholstered furniture system designed by Antonio Citterio that experiments with a new concept of fluid comfort that is open to multiple compositions. Cocùn stems from the idea of creating a welcoming refuge, like an intimate textile embrace that welcomes people in a convivial scheme that is articulated in five different geometric shapes: a rectangular module, two curved dormeuse modules, a chaise longue and a corner module. Elements that can be freely combined depending on the space to be inhabited: from large living areas to more intimate corners. The upholstered base resting on the feet gives the sofa lightness; the backrest is discreetly attached to the base through steel brackets covered in fabric or leather, maintaining ergonomics and formal continuity. Additional detail that enriches the aesthetics of Cocùn is the aluminum profile on the base.
