The D.151.4 armchair is a project by Gio Ponti from 1956, re-edited by Molteni & C to celebrate the master in the Heritage Collection in collaboration with the Gio Ponti Archives. The theme of naval furniture has always been dear to Gio Ponti, who experienced firsthand by experiencing four ocean liners and two cruise ships that were renovated or built. Among the furnishings designed for the nautical world, there is this armchair which differs according to the ship in which it is installed.
