Eugène is the new armchair by Molteni&C presented at Milan Design Week 2025. Designed by Christophe Delcourt, Eugène has a vaguely retro allure, impeccably embodying the concept of ergonomics and reassuring elegance. Indeed, Eugène is an enveloping seat, with a sinuous back and generous armrests fulfilling its function of maximum comfort while maintaining a scenic presence that is anything but anonymous. The style in general appears traditional, made contemporary by technical-aesthetic devices that make Eugène a treasure chest of precious details. Such is the case with the oblique-cut base and front profile made of Polimex, an innovative and recyclable material, covered with a glossy lacquer finish available in various colors.
