Molteni&C Bosco Armchair

Bosco is the armchair by Molteni&C designed by Naoto Fukasawa, inspired by the rolling hills of Tuscany, which are evoked in the seat through soft, generous volumes with delicate contours that echo the rhythm of the landscape on the horizon. Enveloping and inviting, Bosco embraces the body’s silhouette, thanks to a seat built around a metal frame with variable-density padding, calibrated to respond to different pressure points. The contours are outlined by subtle, perimeter stitching that does not disrupt the continuity of this organically designed armchair. The swivel metal base is reduced to a round disc with a vertical support. For added relaxation, Bosco can be complemented with the matching footrest.
