Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery

The standard delivery is door to door, at ground floor/street level, made by DB Schenker and Tramo Group and takes about 4-5 working days to all UK addresses. Once the product has been shipped, the client will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment progress.

Exceptions

All products in the outlet section do not fall within the aforementioned shipping conditions. The cost of the transport service for each item will be calculated and communicated to the customer during the confidential negotiation phase, taking into consideration the destination location and any assembly service.

We also inform you that the products in the outlet section are not subject to further discounts, such as the 5% discount equal to the subscription to the newsletter.
