Nebra is a suspension lamp which takes full advantage of everything LED lighting has to offer. Indeed, new lighting technology means that lamps can now be greatly reduced in size: so when seen from the front, Nebra looks like a broad, round sphere; but when seen from the side, it looks flattened and seems almost invisible. When used with an optional multi-port canopy, this flattened, spherical shape is ideal for creating large light compositions that actually take up little space, resulting in magical lighting displays. The lamp features a thermoplastic diffuser with a frosted white finish. Its shape was inspired by the Nebra Sky Disk, a prehistoric artifact which provided instructions on the interpretation of the heavens, and which is considered one of the most important archeological finds of the 20th century.
Nebra can be installed singly or on multiple-format rosettes with 4 or 6 sockets to create striking compositions.
